From April 1 to November 7 each year, We serve an 8-10 course kaiseki meal featuring freshly caught sashimi, grilled dishes, tempura, and more, all prepared with ingredients landed that very day.
Echizen Crab - Winter Delicacy
From November 8 to March 31 each year, guests can enjoy Echizen Crab. All crabs served at the inn are certified brand crabs with official tags.
